Hi lovelies,
I apologize for not posting for a while, actually I am several colours behind on my NOTD. I have been busy learning how to make dumplings with my grandma and hanging out my cousin who slept over for two days. I have to say my nail polish didn’t stand all that well against the soaking, washing, knead and folding that dumpling making required.

After several hours of making the dumplings, we went through marathon dumpling eating. It was awesome, and so yummy.

My grandma called a couple of days ago to let me mom know that she had gotten me some slippers from the night market. Well, when I got them I was very surprised to see that they actually had a heel. Its just too bad that the heel part is made of some cheapie plastic, but what can one expect from a night market? I still think they are cute though, mostly because my 70+ year old grandma choose them.


I changed my polish to Essie’s Pink Parka. This is the second time I have ever used it since I purchased it last year as I find the formula difficult to work with. I am not sure if I am the only one but I find that they are hard to spread. The brush isn’t what I would call good either.

I went out with my parents and aunt today to visit downtown (Vancouver) to check out what Olympic things are up right now. I knew that it was going to be a long walk but I didn’t sign up for the rain and chill. After much deliberation I finally decided to go along anyways just because I knew Albert would never go with me and in fact told me quite explicitly that he won’t go.
