Mundane things before torture

Clinical tomorrow.

I don’t even feel like I need to elaborate more than that. I will say that I almost wish I had a mild case of hives just to get out of it. What a good nursing student I am.

Anyways, I did finally manage to book Ka by Cirque Du Soleil today. They updated their website so that they had student discounts which was AWESOME. I’ll try to sneak a picture or two if possible and let you guys know how it was.

Same old same old

Nothing new to really report in my life right now. Clinical is almost coming to a close and I am so excited. *Jumps for joy and even attempts a mid air splits*…Hum might not have been a good idea, I can’t even do the splits on the floor. Now I have hypothetical crotch pains.

Presentation anxiety

This morning I woke up to snow on the ground and butterflies in my stomach. I was having my first and only solo presentation of the term. Not only was I using a power point that I had made myself, first time ever, but I was completely lost as to what was required. Fortunately for me it went well after a rocky start of my bus not coming; causing me to be late. With that done, I can breath a sigh of relief. The term is so close to being finished that I can almost taste it. Like the smell of a BBQ just taunting me. Sadly there is almost three more weeks to go and I cannot wait for it to end.
